SunnySide of Englewood Isles Unit 3 website is designed to be a venue for the property owners of Englewood Isles Unit 3 to share ideas and opinions.  The more we communicate the more we will grow and prosper.

The opinions on this website are not necessarily the opinions of the Englewood Isles Unit 3 Board of Directors or the Webmasters who produce this site.  This site is not produced or supported by the Englewood Isles Unit 3 Home Owners Association Board of Directors.

We would like to provide you with some general information regarding the Area of Englewood Isles Unit 3 and the activities and functions that are upcoming.  It is my understanding that all the information on this site is information that is public knowledge and nothing of a private nature.

Englewood Isles Unit 3 consists of the homes on Waterford Drive and Oakwood Circle in the main community of Englewood Isles in Englewood Florida.  Collectively, we consist of 73 homes. 

Your Association is supported by mandatory contributions (dues) collected from each home in the association. This money is primarily used to support the beautification of Englewood Isles Parkway, maintainance of the entry and other projects designed to enhance Englewood Isles.
   
The area sponsors several events each year.  The annual meeting of the Englewood Isles Unit 3 Association covers the election of board members and association business.  The Fall Street  picnic is a family affair, always well attended, and an enjoyable and casual way to meet your friends and neighbors.

We live in the one of the most beautiful areas of Englewood and one of the most beautiful places in the world!
