This is a link to an article in the Sun Herald from Thursday about Stoner Road being on the list of places for the new County Jail. I google mapped Stoner Rd. from here & it's 1.3 miles from my house. I'm real NIMBY on this one. I know what happened to property values in our County in PA when they built the county jail. They went way down. I emailed Tom Minnich to see if it was discussed at yesterday's Alliance meeting & he said no that he hadn't read the paper yet. He did email Shannon Staub with concerns & will stay on it. I'll keep you posted.
